I would highly recommend Tracy as your realtor. I was moving from across the country and she made it as easy as possible. Tracy started sending me homes to look at online before I came to TN to look in person. We quickly narrowed down what I was looking for and purchased my new home before returning to my old home to pack up for the next 2 months. Tracy kept in contact with me with photos and updates for the next 2 months until we met up again and then she was by my side for the last 2 busy weeks of closing on my new home. She was the best!
